REFUNDS & POSTPONEMENTS

Some suppliers may require guests to be double vaccinated only to prevent staff requiring to isolate under government regulations, which will affect their ability to operate. You can contact us to confirm if the venue you book has this policy.

Due to the unpredictable rules around vaccination and isolation across the country, we do not provide refunds if guests are unable to attend the event(s) you book with us (this includes if guests are not double vaccinated, and/or test positive to Covid, and/or are a close contact required to isolate). Our events are pre-booked and there is no government support for businesses affected by this unfortunately.

Postponements are only offered if your booking is affected by any new government restrictions directly preventing our suppliers from operating.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that you’ve looked at the current activity and restrictions including creating a QR code for you’re event if required.
