Your luxurious picnic awaits!

Offering set-up, luxe-picnic styling and a pack down service at a location of your choice. All you need to do is choose a picnic theme and BYO food & drinks.

Your picnic will include: 

• Handcrafted low ground picnic tables with décor
• Assorted luxe rugs, blankets and cushions to suit your picnic theme
• Styled florals + greenery for centrepieces
• Various décor to match your theme
• Hanging lights (for sunset events)
• Table settings for each guest incl. plates, cutlery, napkins & crystal glassware
• Ice buckets (BYO ice)
• Bluetooth speaker (if requested)
• 1 x game (giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, Cornhole or Finska)
• Optional: Teepee + styling – extra $50

Package time allowance:

3 hrs (please enquire for additional time)

Bond: Please note that there may be an additional $150 refundable deposit. This is returned if all glassware and equipment is in original condition.

Unsure of where to have your picnic? Don’t stress, we can recommend some of our favourite locations around Adelaide. It will be your responsibility to get council approval if required. Lets Picnic Adelaide have also teamed up with some of Adeladides best wineries and vineyards where you can create your own food and drinks package with the venue. Hosting the picnic in the convenience of your own home is also a great fuss-free option.
