Proposals are quite intimate and we like to ensure that they are tailored to you

Ok lovers this one’s for you. 

We would love to help you create the picnic proposal of your darling’s dreams.

Don’t worry about a thing (except the ring… do not forget the ring!). From the set up and styling of your picnic to the indulgent grazing platter, stunning flowers, music (acoustic musician [additional] or playlist) and personal touches to make it just that extra bit special, right through to the pack down afterwards. All that’s required of you is to sweep your forever human off their feet.

Have a special location in mind? Great! Just let us know when and where and the stage will be set for your intimate picnic proposal. Unsure of where to have your picnic? Don’t stress, we can recommend some of our favourite locations around Adelaide. It will be your responsibility to get council approval if required. Let’s Picnic Adelaide have also teamed up with some of Adelaide’s best wineries and vineyards, offering picnic packages that include wine tastings, a bottle of wine and delicious cheese platters. 

Additional items may be added to your proposal picnic upon request such as an acoustic musician, an exotic picnic tent, more substantial dining options, a photographer to capture the special moment forever, or their absolute favourite flowers (if they have expensive taste of course). Please keep in mind that additional items and special requests may also incur sourcing/travel fees.

Our proposal packages are $550 + 10% GST= $605 and include the following:

• Teepee with romantic decor

• Low ground picnic table

• Assorted luxe rugs, blankets and cushions

• Table setting for 2 (plates, cutlery, napkins, crystal glassware)

• Fresh florals for her to keep- more luxe than the intimate

• Flower petals around the picnic area

• Decorative candles and other

• Romantic fairy lights

• Optional ‘MARRY ME’ letters

• 1 x lawn game

• Special grazing platter for two: please let us know of any dietary requirements

• Water and other assorted drinks (non-alcoholic)

• Ice bucket

• Bluetooth speaker

This price includes the Let’s Picnic Adelaide travel fee (within 40km radius of Adelaide CBD), set up, styling, clean up and pack down.

You are more than welcome to BYO champagne/other etc. on the day, or else this can be organised for an additional fee.

You are more than welcome to have this special proposal set up at a location of your choice. Please keep in mind that most public areas can get busy, therefore are not private. Al Ru Farm, Sampson Flat (choice of lush gardens or inside their rustic hut with an open wood fire, additional $100 location fee- great during winter). We can also offer these set ups at Barrister’s Block, these locations will include a bottle of wine and the food supplied by the wineries (both on their main lawn area, additional $60 for these locations).
